I can’t thank Kaiapoi Florist enough for the absolutely beautiful flowers they organised for my mum’s birthday today. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The owner was amazing with communication and truly went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered before my mum left the house for work, something that meant so much to our family. The care, effort, and genuine thoughtfulness shown made this a really special occasion, and one we’ll always remember. It’s rare to find a business that so clearly shows how much they truly care about their customers. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Kaiapoi Florist, and it certainly won’t be the last. They are incredibly accommodating, reliable, and consistently deliver stunning arrangements. I honestly can’t recommend them enough! #1 florist in Canterbury! 💐

Suzie is outstanding with her florals!! I called her to see if she could put together a bouquet of sunflowers, and she hit the nail on the head with what I envisioned 😍🌻 All in a days work and delivered right to the designated address !!!

Very disappointing. If your aim in sending flowers is to brighten and enrich someone’s day then you may want to give Kaiapoi Florist a miss.
While the flowers did appear fresh, four stems of lilies and a blade of grass at a cost of $90 is not only overpriced but ridiculously underwhelming. Are overpriced florists pricing themselves out of business? Perhaps our environment, as well as our individual bank balance, would be better served purchasing an orchid or a potted floral plant via our local garden centre/ grocer.
