Communication was always clear, timely, and friendly. When I requested permission to install shelving in the laundry, the process was incredibly easy—from approval through to having a professional contractor complete the work. Everything was handled efficiently, and nothing ever felt like an issue.
When it came time to move out, there was some minor paint damage, which I felt awful about. My Property Manager was very understanding and helpful, clearly explaining the process for getting it fixed. I really appreciated the transparency and support, and I was more than happy to cover any costs required. The way this was handled made what could have been a stressful situation feel very fair and straightforward.
Overall, Iron Bridge Property Management set the standard for how renting should be. Professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire tenancy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental.

We have been looking to rent another rental for the Pass 6 months and haven't been able find any thing over spraydon way ware we were renting most places over there were 700 a week plus which was out of our price range so we decided to look over woolston way looked a 2 br a study and a sleep put applied on the Mon approved on Wednesday of October 2025 we found our property manager meera Patel of iron bridge helpful meet us at the the property with the keys which was good to deal with.

We truly appreciate all the kindness, support, and prompt communication throughout our tenancy. Samantha made renting so much easier and stress-free, and we are very grateful for everything she has done for us (especially giving us references for rental in Australia) up until our lease ended.

I've dealt with Jane Proctor primarily for the last 4 years, and she's been top notch. Incredibly responsive when small issues have arisen with the house, great communication and her warm personality makes her very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend her from a tenant and landlord perspective.
