We’ve had the pleasure of working with Monique Inglis across two very different property experiences, and both have been BEYOND outstanding.
When we first engaged Iron Bridge Property for our brand-new Papanui rental, Monique immediately stood out. She was the only agent who contacted us over the weekend and even replied late in the evening. Her responsiveness and enthusiasm gave us great confidence from the start.
More recently, we worked with Monique again on our Sockburn property, which was a much more complex project involving renovations and preparation before renting. We weren’t sure where to begin, but Monique guided us every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from our move and utilities to organizing new carpet, insulation, a range hood, and painting.
