Honest and reliable he goes the extra mile to get the job done. As a vendor, I have nothing but praise for our agent Steve. Most importantly, he got us a good price in a very short time. My partner and I liked his old school style, warm and friendly with plenty of time to hear our views and modify the marketing or any other issue to match our thoughts. On several occasions he would say "you know I will look after your place don't you" and he certainly did after we had vacated and right up to settlement. This was a big point of difference with his opposition and was greatly appreciated. My partner enjoyed being involved as an equal, another of Steve's strengths. So I have no hesitation in recommending Steve as your agent and find myself nodding agreement when reading all the other glowing reviews. Thank you Steve.

Easy to book a viewing, even on the same day. Viewed a lovely place. Application process was easy and the whole process went pretty smooth. We've been in our new home for a month now. We have no complaints, our neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with. Thanks for making the whole house hunting and application so quick and easy.

We had a really great experience with this property management team. After having a difficult time with other agencies who required us to attend viewings, even after we explained that we were moving from Gore to Christchurch with a 2-year-old child, they were understanding and considerate of our situation. We truly appreciate that they gave us the opportunity to secure a rental, after checking our rental history and references which made a huge difference for our family during a stressful move. Mikaela was especially wonderful to deal with. Even though we moved in on a Sunday, she came into the office to make sure we received the keys. She also provided helpful leaflets and the property condition report, making the whole process smooth and organized. She has been very pleasant, approachable, and quick to respond whenever we need assistance. Her support has made settling into our new home much easier. Highly recommend their service!
