Love this shop. Purchased shoes online from Wellington. Shoes arrived overnight. They were a little too small so I returned them. They sent me my new pair....and again they arrived overnight. Packaged beautifully with a handwritten note. I really appreciate stores like this, would definitely recommend. You're in safe hands shopping here.
The staff here were so helpful. We were having trouble getting into some accommodation that was close by and they were happy to store our luggage until we got in. The shop itself is super cool, I scored a couple of awesome t’shirts for my teenage sons. It’s always hit and miss when I buy them clothes but they were stoked this time. Thanks heaps! An all-round fantastic experience!
I am blown away with the fantastic customer service I received on my recent online shoe purchase. I placed the order around mid day and the shoes were delivered within 24 hours which is super impressive given I am in the central north island. Very friendly team, super fast service and great range of product - can’t recommend highly enough 🙂

The staff here are always so great, they give everyone friendly and helpful service. I came in to try a specific pair of shoes and I had a bunch of questions that they answered knowledgeably and also gave me suggestions for styling/how to wear them etc. The range of stock is great and it's so nice to support such a lovely local business :)
