This store has cute items, but the elderly manager’s customer service was terrible. She was clearly annoyed with my two-year-old, who was fascinated by the shop’s displays. My husband was supervising my son while I was doing shopping. When I misplaced an item, she approached the counter while I was paying and asked if I could recall where I’d taken it. I couldn’t remember. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won’t be buying from this store again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with young children.

so impressed, I wanted something very specific no other places including big stores had online! Ordered Friday night arrived Tuesday with a beautiful hand written note! so lovely, I got what I wanted and feel like I supported a sweet small business!
Lovely staff. Good selection, always very well stocked (which is rare in chch). It tends to stock more trendy-like pieces but there is nothing wrong with that. My advice when decorating your house is to not go overboard and mix classic/timeless pieces with a few small trendy pieces of decor (which you’ll have no trouble finding here). Definitely worth a visit. Their turnaround is pretty fast, so if you see something you like you better grab it sooner than later.
