Ilam Florist put together an absolutely stunning bouquet for my father-in-law’s coffin. While we had a general idea of the flowers we wanted, Jane and her team used their floral expertise to create something that can only be described as perfection.
Their communication was fantastic throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to include delicate fairy lights woven through the arrangement – it was done so beautifully and tastefully.

Michelle, Jane, and the Ilam Florist team supplied and set up all our wedding flowers and they were so wonderful to work with! They were helpful, responsive, and willing to lend their creative expertise during planning. The final bouquets and arrangements were beautiful and even better than the reference images!

Wow!!! Just wow!!! Jane and the team take great care for you from the initial phone call meet, through to the delivery of their beautiful flowers. We bought 11 bouquets for our staff and the smiles on the ladies faces just sent such a beautiful vibe through our workplace. I was considerably impressed and delighted with the lovely floral arrangements Ilam Florists delivered. The quality and freshness of the flowers was superb! Their customer service, passion, genuine concern and patience were admirable even when I had to make a change to my order.
