Ilam Florist put together an absolutely stunning bouquet for my father-in-law’s coffin. While we had a general idea of the flowers we wanted, Jane and her team used their floral expertise to create something that can only be described as perfection.
Their communication was fantastic throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to include delicate fairy lights woven through the arrangement – it was done so beautifully and tastefully.

I was considerably impressed and delighted with the lovely floral arrangements Ilam Florists delivered. The quality and freshness of the flowers was superb! Their customer service, passion, genuine concern and patience were admirable even when I had to make a change to my order.
