Amazing experience from start to finish! I placed an order from Malaysia the night before my fiancé’s graduation in Christchurch, as I had been so busy that I completely ran out of time to arrange the flowers earlier. Despite the short notice, Michelle was incredibly accommodating and managed to have the bouquet beautifully prepared and ready for collection before 9am the very next morning. Michelle was also extremely responsive to my emails, which gave me so much peace of mind while trying to coordinate everything from overseas. She answered my questions quickly and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Most importantly, the bouquet itself was absolutely beautiful and looked even better than I expected! Thank you so much, Michelle and the Ilam Florist team, for going above and beyond, especially with my order. You really helped make my fiancé’s graduation day even more special. The team were fantastic when we needed a casket spray. Amazing support at a time when we weren’t feeling our best as we tried to decide what we wanted. The flowers were stunning and a beautiful tribute. They were delivered to the funeral home for us and when I popped back in to say thank you, the staff had remembered me by name - very touching and appreciated. Highly recommend this amazing business.

Jane and her team created the most beautiful flowers for our wedding — we honestly couldn’t have been happier. From the bouquets to the head table arrangements, everything was absolutely perfect and beyond what we imagined.
