Initially thought the room was ok
The bed not comfortable, the pillow was terrible and smelt strange.
I changed pillow after finding a spare on the cupboard.
The bathroom was nice apart form when sitting on the bed you looked at the toilet bowl which was not clean at the top by the rim.
Shower was great.
Rest of room was clean and spacious for a studio.
It was noisy, banging and doors slamming.
Entrance to the hotel from the road tricky to get to.
We wouldnt stay again

We stayed here for 5 nights and needed to be close to Southern Cross Hospital. Both ladies were beyond helpful and accommodating for our needs. The rooms had everything we needed and we didn’t find them too noisy like others have noted. A lovely restaurant, kitchenette facilities and spacious rooms. Recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms have been renovated and are modern. The rest of the building is tired and outdated. Beds were comfortable and soft. Rooms fitted with a kitchenette including a sink, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. With milk, tea and coffee on hand. Crockery and cutlery were also supplied. Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs. Bathroom facilities were pleasant. Our only issue was the leaky shower. Large room, quiet and clean. Location is within 5-10 minutes of the city centre and parking is included on site for guests.

The rooms have been done up but the building is tired.
Soundproofing isn't great. Bed wasn't great either. Room was good value for money.
The location is handy: close to town, Park nearby, restaurant on the doorstep

Great value, clean and comfortable, quiet. Across from the park/river so we could walk into town.
