Went in to buy a large bunch of flowers. I wanted something green-inspired with lots of foliage but still pretty. Hannah was amazing. She made great suggestions, worked within my budget, and created the most beautiful arrangement.

Very rude staff, told us to pick fake flowers because they dont know the price, but when we did we got scolded because aparently it was pre-made. We thought the other staff member would be there the kinder one. instead it was a very rude lady, we were buying a gift for my friends mother and her preference were fake flowers. instead we got real flowers. very disappointing

Late review but worth posting it anyway! I've chosen Hornby Florist for my Mother's Day boquet for my mum as it was the closest one to home - so glad I did! The lady serving me was so helpful and so sweet and had done everything in her power to ensure my gift was well presentable. Variety of options to choose from as well, albeit coming at the end of the day. Many thanks for the amazing service and beautiful flowers - I scored a happy mum!
