Great experience with the team at Hire Pool Hareford, Christchurch Jocelyn was excellent to deal with and very effecient, She booked out a peice of equipment they had in stock, Phoned another branch to pre-order another item they didn't have at that present time, and attached it to the same invoice. seemless process when i arrived at the second branch for pick up. And minimzed a double up of accounts under the same phone number, to reduce future confusion A+
Jocelyn was lovely to deal with and I would have given a five star but man who took my credit card cheekily added an extra $3.40 to my account. Unfortunately I won't go there again. I hope it was worth the price of a few coffee beans to lose my future business :(
