I found this butchery after my other one closed.
I was glad to find they do alot of gluten free meats and the quality is very good, range of products are good qnd cost of the meats are good value for the budget.
Staff are also really helpful.

Started coming here recently and I love Hibbards meat range. Plus good prices too. Far better than supermarket meat. Good meat packs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely keep coming here.

Best butchers this end of Christchurch. They've got everything you could ever be looking for, and the pricing is fair.
Lovely staff and a clean shop with easy parking.

Has the best bacon bones and pork bones in Christchurch! Meaty as and only $10 a bag. x2 bags feed our house of 8. Shop is always clean and tidy. Workers are all friendly. Prices a typical of a butchers. I like the option of having afterpay and the different mixed meat package deals.

*EDIT* They are your reliable go to with fresh meat, customer of 3 years. Try the frozen lamb rumps they are epic cheap. They have meat rubs and aged meats. Highly recommend.
Usually great but I bought some nitrate free bacon and it was no joke 80%+ fat throughout the whole thing. I've had to cut all that off as it's inedible for breakfast. Great for other cooking but feel like it was bit of a waste for 10 dollars and you can't tell as it's all layered in the packet. Not ideal.
