I have been coming to this pharmacy for some time now , at least a year and four times a week , at least . ! guess one would consider me a regular client . I have always been treated with respect and kindness . I cannot fault their care and attention to detail . Unfortunately I am suffering from frostbite and I hobble in , with extra requirements for seating arrangements (my feet need to be up ) and extra scripts for antibiotics. The duty pharmacist , in fact all of the pharmacists present at the time of my enquiry , always take the time to explain to me any of the side effects I may encounter , with regards to a particular eg antibiotic ( flucloxacillin .... stomach upsets, possibly ). I have been to several other CHCH pharmacies over the past five years and I wish to state , clearly and with my hand on my heart , the Unichem Ilam Healthworks Pharmacy , is by far the most helpful . With the manager Deep "at the helm " leading the rest of the Healthworks Team , my experience here continues to be pleasant and informative . I enjoy always being greeted with a smile.

Just called to speak to someone about whether Unichem Ilam offered the basic glucose test for those suspecting pre-diabetes. Johnathan answered my call and was very informative around saying what it is that they offer and then even shared his knowledge about what is involved in the process of getting a proper diabetes check done, which was very in-depth knowledge, I must say. Thank you again very much for your help today Johnathan.
