Another purchase and another seamless customer service experience with speedy delivery. HOH stock a fabulous range of beautifully crafted unique brands of footwear making it difficult to choose. Love this store. I bought a pair of shoes online and they arrived very quickly. Sadly they didn’t fit despite my best impression of Cinderella’s ugly sisters. I contacted the store and they were fabulous about me returning the shoes and refunding me.

Fantastic to deal with. I didn’t end up keeping the shoes just out of my own taste, nothing to do with quality - that was all good. I experienced great communication and zero hesitation to refund them. I would buy from H o H’s again, definitely.
