Harcourts Holmwood we're very professional in their dealings with me. Communication was excellent. I was frequently updated regarding onboarding of new tenants, issues that arose, changes required and tenant requests. I have tenanted my apartment with them for 5 years now.
By far an absolutely positive experience. My Property manager Diane Colgan was not only my Property manager, she was like a friend. She understood my personal issues and supported me through any issues I had in my tenancy with complete professionalism and care. As the tennant she made me feel important and listened to - In most instances you would dread any 3 monthly inspection, with Diane I looked forward to seeing her because she was so lovely to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had in respect to my tenancy and answered every call I made without fail with a positive friendly honest attitude and the loveliest manners. 5 years went by so quickly Diane...we will miss you and Harcourts.
I can't fault my property manager at all. She has been amazing and so easy to talk to and very quick to jump on anything that needs doing . Even assisted on ensuring we had access to property when move in date fell on a public holiday.
Tammie McGrath, my property manager, is truly amazing. I used to wait at least a day to receive an answer to my questions, but since she started working, everything has been so quick, efficient, and easy. I really want to say thank you to her! Nothing to improve — she is already perfect!
Just moved in 18.11.25 ->Property is dirty - residues been in place months/years. ->Carpets not even vacuumed complete with human fingernails. ->No hot water for four days because there's no gas bottles - why wasn't I told? ->The washing machine advertised has black mould. ->Shower assembly all loose and leaking. Removed a matted layer of mold from top of shower ->Bins in a disgusting state with flies everywhere. ->Curtains with stains and black mould - Their inventory report states "curtains in good condition and free from stains or damage." In response to my complaint the harcourts holmwood property agent told me the property is in "immaculate condition". Property agent told me to apply to tribunal - on the first day. Update: After posting this on Facebook, it went viral - people reached out to ask, "is this Harcourts Holmwood?" So, what I've experienced is not a one off.
