Not only did she go the extra mile in customer service, but she also noticed my low car tyre pressure and took care of it. Her dedication is commendable, and I believe she deserves a raise. Have just used Handyhire for the first time and was not impressed. I wanted to use a courtesy trailer and went to the so called “Customer Service” shed and received a grumpy and incomplete explanation of the process to get a trailer. I was grumbled at later because I failed to follow the correct process – it would have nice to have been told the correct process at the start!
Excellent service. I've been happy each time I brought stuff from them.
This post relates to Dyers Road Landscaping. I do not understand how it is headed up with wromg business. Bought two truck loads of screened top soil late last year. Thought at the time it did not look great when I watered plants in. Now I am really peeved. Despite good drainage it is just one big gluggy mess. I have also got weeds that I have never had in my garden ie docks. I am wondering if you guys are prepared to assist in rectifying this problem. The soil you sold me is absolute rubbish and not the soil I have worked with in the past. Someone has now rung and is going to come and have a look at my soil. He did say they have now changed their supplier so we will wait and see what the outcome will be. PLEASED TO SAY SITUATION HAS BEEN RECTIFIED BY DAVE which I am very grateful for. Top marks to Dave and his team. Thank you.
