Amazing experience!!! I bought a 3+2 Bonded Leather Suite. I ordered it online the courier picked it up, so quick and easy to assemble. A very comfortable Lounge Suite. Great Team and excellent service!!! Will be buying other products in the future!!

We've had nothing but a great experience buying our spa pool. It's awesome, it does everything it's supposed to and was a great price compared to big spa companies. Great quality, Balboa is the highest quality brand for spa pool parts. And we were able to pay it off in our own time. Very happy, thank you

I bought a "leather" L-shaped sofa. Poor quality, not similar to the advertised photos, wrong sized bolts and the two sections won't even clip together, so it keeps splitting apart. Plates are meant to be installed to strengthen the areas near where the sections are meant to attach but this would mean screwing directly into the leather uprights. Obviously this is not a great idea. Will never buy from here again. Cheap rubbish!

I purchased a kids bed off them and it split. They said they would replace it and were waiting for it to arrive. I got in contact with them again seeing if the bed was in stock and it was however they didn't realise it was me regarding a replacement needed and I haven't heard from them since
Further to this review, they have now responded in a threatening manner due to my 1 star review. They are not helpful, poor communication and out right rude to deal with
As per their response below I can add the full email chain, including them saying I assume as by the Google review you will be sorting this yourself? I will be cancelling your order for your replacment piece in the meantime and
Your review came in over the weekend when we do not do any admin/emails, your review was untrue and defamatory and we are within our rights to take this further should we wish too, NZ law is tightening regarding reviews such as this and seeking compensatory damages via the small claims process, it's up to you if you remove this but is in your best interest to do so, your bed is broken, it is not our fault,
The bed had not been in use for a year. It was in storage in their packaging. I made contact with them originally about it March 2022. Their last response to me was in August about it
