I rarely write reviews, but this team is too consistently good not to. Products are a great price, with decent special deals and a fab range, and always arrive quickly. Comms are great, warm, friendly, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I am very weary about who I purchase from online but I have used this company now twice. I get my favourite Kerastase products and free samples of other great products as well. I ordered on Sunday and my package was delivered Tuesday. So efficient and hassle free - their communication re dispatch/delivery is excellent. I love supporting a NZ business and will gladly be loyal to Hair Plus for future products. You can trust this company 100%!

Amazing to deal with, super fast delivery always and great communication with the team. Excellent packaging specially for some of the products that can easily leak. They sent me FAULTY products (opened bottles) and refused to refund claiming that I opened it. They were communicating about that in a rude manner. They also never pick up the phone. I’ll be making a claim to Commerce Commission or Disputes Tribunal under the Consumer Guarantees Act. UPDATED: ORDER NUMBER 647080 FAULTY PRODUCTS (PICTURES ATTACHED).
