They sent me FAULTY products (opened bottles) and refused to refund claiming that I opened it. They were communicating about that in a rude manner. They also never pick up the phone. I’ll be making a claim to Commerce Commission or Disputes Tribunal under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

I absolutely love shopping with Hsir Plus. My favourite is the Mystery Box as I enjoy trying out new products. Ive never been disappointed with any of the products I ordered and I've always had excellent service from Hair Plus.

Awesome company to deal with I've been buying from them for about 5 years now never had a problem and I like how they tape all their liquid products so they cannot leak during transit. Super fast service too. 100% recommend fir hsur care
