I am really grateful to have a local grocers to buy fresh and local produce from. The business is not a big chain store, just a small business providing fresh produce directly to the community. The place has been a landmark for me for many years. I remember shopping here as a child, with my mother! The products are varied, frequently locally sourced and often have very competitive prices.I keep my eye out for the specials on the blackboards! I appreciate having an alternative to buying from the big supermarkets as it's very important to me to support the growers.

This is an excellent business that is our go-to for fruit and vegetables. It has a wide range of well-priced options. You feel like you’re buying from local growers at the same time as avoiding the supermarket duopoly. Highly recommended.

A great place to find fresh fruit and vegetables. It's not the cheapest but definitely cheaper that most supermarkets in Christchurch. It is also located on a busy road, so easy access from everywhere. They do have different varieties of fruit and vegetables to choose from, and sometimes the price can be half of what most supermarkets are offering. On this visit, we got a kg of crispy grapes for less than $6, which an excellent price. Will return for more deals.

They always have lower prices on certain vegetables compared to Pak n Save. You can even find fresh curry leaves here!! That's rare.
