Renting out a property can be quite challenging, and I experienced that firsthand when a tenant changed their mind at the very last moment, costing me nearly two weeks of time and a lot of stress. That’s when I decided to seek support from Molly and her team, based on a referral from a friend—and I’m so glad I did.
From the very beginning, Molly and her team were incredibly supportive, professional, and reassuring. They managed to rent out my property within just one week, even while the team was busy packing their bags and preparing to enjoy a well-earned, long-awaited Christmas vacation. This efficiency was a huge relief and helped me avoid the financial burden of having to pay both the mortgage and rent of the new property at the same time.

A great place to live. Great neighbors. Claudia is a wonderful manager who looks after all our needs. Handy to shops and the Mall which is great. To close to KFC for someone with my bad habits.

I have ceased working with this company as a landlord. My property manager was rude to me and was simply not good to work with. I would do work to keep my properties up to scratch, approve fixes but Harcourts did not let me know about repairs needed, or tell me to repair when the tenant wasn't looking after the property (ie "the tenant was not airing the bathroom" - so the solution was for me to repaint the ceiling), on multiple occasions Harcourts were late paying rental to me (with the excuse of bank errors), and even once told me I should be checking on the property - I don't live Chc - hence my house was being rented, and more. Very disappointed with their service over the last couple of years. I had been with them for 7 or 8 years - and their service has degraded.

I have had the pleasure of renting from Claudia for the past few years, and I can honestly say she’s been an absolute gem as a property manager. From day one, she made sure everything was in order, and her communication has been clear, timely, and professional.
Whenever I had a maintenance request or needed assistance with anything, Claudia responded quickly and efficiently, always making sure things were taken care of straight away. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her tenants. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was always approachable, understanding and super helpful.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a well-managed, tenant-friendly experience!
