A great place to live. Great neighbors. Claudia is a wonderful manager who looks after all our needs. Handy to shops and the Mall which is great. To close to KFC for someone with my bad habits.

I have ceased working with this company as a landlord. My property manager was rude to me and was simply not good to work with. I would do work to keep my properties up to scratch, approve fixes but Harcourts did not let me know about repairs needed, or tell me to repair when the tenant wasn't looking after the property (ie "the tenant was not airing the bathroom" - so the solution was for me to repaint the ceiling), on multiple occasions Harcourts were late paying rental to me (with the excuse of bank errors), and even once told me I should be checking on the property - I don't live Chc - hence my house was being rented, and more. Very disappointed with their service over the last couple of years. I had been with them for 7 or 8 years - and their service has degraded.
