The best car rental company in the world! I have never seen such an easy booking process and such a smooth car return. The website is beautiful, and the branch itself looks great too ✨ I rented a Land Cruiser Prado for 3 days to drive from Christchurch to Hanmer Springs, then to Mount Cook and back. It was a legendary trip, and the car was absolutely amazing. Super comfortable, big, and very good-looking 👍 I was supposed to return the car at 5 pm, but unfortunately I was one hour late. The branch was already closing, but the staff still let me in, accepted the car, and even drove me to the airport, even though the shuttles had already stopped running 🙏 Thank you so much GO Rentals! You are the best! 🩷
I can’t say enough about Go Rentals, they will definitely be my default in New Zealand. The booking process was easy, we got the car we requested, staff at the pick up were super informative and helpful and the car was in a very good condition. I made a huge mistake when booking and it would have been very inconvenient for Go and should have been extremely costly for me to rectify it but the Go team were empathetic, polite, friendly and respectful in managing it even though it was entirely my fault. Customer for life and I can’t recommend them enough! I have used a large number of the main rental companies around the world and this is the best rental experience that I have had. Rental was straight forward via their webpage. Arrival shuttle was easy to arrange and took less than 10mins to arrive. The car pick up was easy , highly recommend to do the pre arrival check in that they have. We did it and process was easy at the pickup. Car given was in good condition. Drop off was also easy, car check took less than 5mins and there was shuttle to send us to the terminal.
Doesn't come any better if you do a fast online check-in @Go Rentals, arrive, sign, and you are ready to go. The car was started, Seat adjusted back for my height and Air-con turned on. Go Rentals at the Christchurch Airport really know how to leave a fantastic impression. The counter and shuttle ladies are fantastic, we love them. The car was brand new with only 6k on the clock and drove like a dream. 30% discount for the quieter time of the year. Beautifully maintained by the valet. Cant speak more highly about Go Rentals Christchurch. We are repeat customers and will be back again soon
