Adding to the reviews from people who had a great experience from GO Rentals. We booked a RAV4 hybrid well in advance of our trip from Christchurch to Queenstown and GO Rentals had some of the best availability and prices for car rentals in New Zealand. Their entire process was smooth and consumer friendly, from the ease of finding the right car on their webpage and booking process, to getting our airport shuttle ride to come very quickly and the very nice and friendly staff at their center in Christchurch Airport. And when it was finally time to return the car at Queenstown Airport, their drop off location was quick and convenient and the staff there also very friendly and chill. Prices were great, process was great, people were great. Skip the international brands and book with a local Kiwi favorite. I do that every time I visit New Zealand and GO Rentals is definitely something I'd consider again for my next trip. One the best car rental services around Christchurch Intl. Airport. Joy took real good care of us. We were on a 12 day trip to the South Island a group of 15, took 3 cars with them and they have an amazing fleet of cars that can cater tour needs. Returning the cars were a breeze , helped by a kind gentleman from Brunei and our shuttle service back to the airport after the drop-off accomodated by kind Georgina. Over all a great service and experience by Go rentals. Would definitely recommend and also would return everytime I visit the South Island. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Excellent experience with Go Rentals Christchurch. Special shout-out to Chris, who assisted us at both pickup and return. Friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. We rented a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and it was fantastic throughout our 2,500 km South Island road trip. Comfortable, fuel-efficient, and handled all road conditions, including black ice, with ease. The app made airport shuttle pickup convenient, and the online pre-check-in made both collection and return completely fuss-free. Would definitely rent from Go Rentals again and highly recommend them

The booking process with Go Rentals was smooth and straightforward via their app. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and approachable. I got exactly the car I had chosen, which was new and performed very well. The after-hours return process was also very convenient and easy to follow.

Highly recommend Go Rentals! We usually book with another provider but they were fully booked so tried Go Rentals, honestly can’t fault them and will 100% use them again in the future! Jay and Chris were awesome, such bubbly cool personalities and awesome at the jobs! Both Jay and Chris is probably why I would re book cars with Go rentals in the future! The car was in great condition and was very clean. I didn’t have any problems with the car for the month I booked it. Thanks guys!
