Re posting as I thought I would give them a chance to respond. Their communication is as good as their product. Which is appalling. Found in their chicken drumsticks was a staple, buried into the flesh. It’s taken almost 2weeks to acknowledge my complaint, with an excuse. Then they have made no further communication.

Their prices are built with quite a premium, obvious they have no competition. Found the staff to be extraordinarily rude, shall not be returning. There is a pack and save in Rolleston, far better option.

Cool supermarket, we got served by Loraine she was very welcoming and friendly! Will definitely visit again.

Lovely wee super market, went in twice and was served by Lorraine who is exceptional and lovely, what a lovely friendly face to see when you walk in
