Proper butcher, great variety (range of sausages springs to mind) and very high quality.
Excellent customer service. I've only ever met friendly, polite staff in there.
The selection of packs that are four for $20 are a real winner.

My local butcher has just shut down so I came to Barrington hoping this would be my new regular butcher I went in at 5:40 pm. There was one other customer in there when I went in after she was served the man asked me what I wanted, I said I’m not sure yet. I just want to have a look and I tried to open up one of the freezers which I had some difficulty and he said that’s chicken necks, chicken livers, chicken blah blah blah and I said I’m after some beef and he said what kind of beef and I was like well I don’t know can I have a look and he’s like well what do you Want? And I said I don’t know probably some schnitzel and then I carried on looking while he grabbed some schnitzel and then he was like well how much do you want? And I was like um… and he goes how much do you want? Dude was very impatient not giving me a chance to think about what I wanted. I said, oh look, don’t worry about it and left
I had 20 minutes until they close at 6 o’clock. Don’t rush me. There wasn’t anyone else in the butcher at the time, no need for it. I won’t be returning, I would rather get my meat from the supermarket Or The more expensive butchers in beckenham or cashmere then be rushed. I’m Very disappointed

Saw an advert on Tik Tok for this butchery. Staff were very friendly and a good selection of meats. All the meat looked fresh and good quality. They have lots of specials and they have a 4 packs of meats for $20.

Best meat in town, friendliest staff, amazing eggs and just an all round solid butcher, great deals, bones for the dogs 🐕 highly recommend

Best butcher in chch!! Made me up some of their farm house stew when they had none available. Was quite busy when I walked in but they did not mind making it from scratch! Thank you, team! You have all be fantastic!
