See I am not only one to get bad service. Nice stock in shop. Never looked at coffee area and took photo as I was deciding on treat to buy and got told off. Seriously told off. Never going back. Better places a few steps away!

As soon as you step into French Blue iyou instantly know this store is one of the most charming and interesting in Christchurch. The products available are quite special and often unique . The owner Catherine has an eye for beautiful pieces and at different price levels which is helpful. She has a special knack to make everyone feel welcome and the cafe area is very inviting, there is even the most wonderful outdoor French style courtyard . I love this store and the coffee.

Katherine is lovely, fun and always welcoming. The store sells beautiful products and we absolutely love the coffee and sweet treats. We try to have a little treat and cappuccino whenever possible Tanya and Andreas

This shop has really lovely stock. And if you want to explore you might find it entertaining. The lady who runs it is very rude and haughty. However I think it’s really amusing and I go there just for her reaction! It’s like something out of Fawlty Towers!!!

I would like to ask Katherine why would she want to go to any effort and own such a beautiful store if you don’t want anyone to buy anything by being so flipping rude. I have been into your store 4 times now- purchased every time but four times I have left, and every time I have walked out thinking how rude would you have to be before I wont come back. Well I think you got there today-You know Katherine I can get all your stock from someone else - whose is pleasant and wants my money and business
