The apprentice who attended and carried out the work is a credit to your company, he was very professional and provided quality service. I called Foleys at 10am today about a faulty hot water cylinder and 4 hours later it was fixed! We had both an electrician and a plumber come by and fix up the problem in record time. Not only that but their customer service was exceptional, the lady I spoke on the phone with was incredibly helpful and ran me through what might be required and how long things might take. I would absolutely recommend Foleys! 5 stars, outstanding service!

I have just sent this email to Foleys.
I have just left my house with two strangers employed by your company. I made it perfectly clear in an email that I would NOT be at home between 9 and 3 today, when I accepted your quotation to install a new hot water cylinder. I also said that I would be teaching and not available by phone.
These two men turned up to install the cylinder just as I was about to leave my house. I am therefore unable to show them where to put the fridge when they remove it, and had to rush about showing them a few things before I left. Their van was parked in front of my garage and I was almost late for my teaching stint this morning.
This is unacceptable. What is the point of my telling you when I will be available when you just ignore me. Futhermore, when I rang up I was assured that I would be notified as to when the workmen would arrive.

Great after hours service, Jason was so helpful initially talking to us over the phone to stop our plumbing leak until he arrived and fixed it to our relief. Thank you so much for the great friendly and efficient service.

I cant say enough good things about Foleys, Weve had to use them 4 times in the past 3 years and their communication, promotness and quality of work has always been to the very highest standards. Thorughly recommend!
