The Best pharmacy in christchurch, the owner is the main pharmacist and is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. So much nicer experience than a massive conveyer pharmacy !!

I've been using Fendalton Mall Pharmacy regularly (at least once a month) for around 14 years and they're great. Their pharmaceutical knowledge and advice is helpful, and their customer service is excellent. They have a very good range of gifts alongside health and wellbeing products as well as their dispensary. I highly recommend them.

People there for some reason are annoyed all the time. No smiles no greetings. Like they don’t want to talk to you in the first place.
And yes your colour and ethnicity matter to them!

Friendly staff, always happy to explain any new medications I might have and they are very knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience in my 7 years of coming here for my monthly script.

My wife has been in here recently for booster. Absolutely disorganised 30 minute wait when she had a prebooked appointment. Multiple people with same time but those who turned up 30 minutes late to there booked time get served right away.
The dinosaur in charge of Covid boosters is one of the rudest people my wife has come across. We have changed pharmacies, stay away
