I randomly rented a car yesterday and got a Ford Puma. Pickup took just 5 minutes, the staff was friendly and smiling, and the car was spotless with great power, I loved it 🥰 Highly recommend !! I'm an automotive photographer and couldn’t resist taking a few shots 📸 Motornlens 📸
Rented a Mitsubishi SUV here and had a positive experience so far. The car was reasonably priced for hire and the customer service folks were helpful. During my trip, I did meet with an accident near Fairlie when I swerved from a car that came into my driving lane from the opposite side. I had to guide my car towards the greenbelt to avoid a head on collision. After establishing fault with the other car driver through a police report, EZI car rental sent me a replacement car in less than 24 hours and were reasonable to refund my excess on time after conducting an investigation.
Car was great - perfect for our needs and great fuel efficiency (Kia Carnival - diesel). It handled the hills and turns to Arthur's Pass nicely. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Easy pick up from service desk inside airport. Car was spotless, modern, comfortable and economical. Drop off was seamless and the one hour period of grace on return was really handy. We often rent vehicles and find that Ezi Car are very competitive.
EZI rental car was easy to pick up - easy to drop off - no surprises - no high pressure sales for additional insurance - good value. Car was in nice shape. Highly recommend.
