We had a Ford Puma, it was so convenient. Well maintained, and intuitive. The car had a system that connects to your phone for easy navigation using google maps and a rear camera that made parking a breeze.
Very good car condition we drive from Christchurch to Te Anue Milford sound the car very smooth and very good service the team always answer every message questions and payment very easy even with debit card .
Our experience renting with Ezi car rental for our South Island trip was excellent from start to finish! Highly recommended. We booked a couple of months in advance and the reservation was confirmed without having to pay for it first. We also managed to use a coupon for a discount so do look out for those. The booth is near the exit after collecting your luggage. We waiting a short while and was briefed on dos and do nots before proceeding to collect the car on our own from the car park. There was some anxiety about this but we managed to do so easily. We also appreciated that they fixed the booster seat for us (which is not done in other places such as Australia). The car was exactly as I had selected - a Ford Escape - and was in good condition. We dropped it off at the Kilmore city branch and this requires you to turn left after the Ezi shared office (with Avis, Apex and what not) and entering the car park. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Quick and easy booking, collection & drop off. Transparent price structure, no hidden surprises. Great car, Mitsubishi Outlander 4x4 modern and ideal for the long drive down through the South Island. Would recommend.
After a last minute decision to cancel with another car company due to their negative reviews I decided to use Ezi Rentals. I booked a car the night before arrival and the process was smooth from then onwards. Check in was smooth and uncomplicated, the car was clean and exactly as described, returning the car was easy and I had my security deposit back within 3 hours after dropping the car back. There were no hidden costs, I will %100 be using Ezi Rentald again. Thank you for taking the stress out of the car hire process.
