    We rented a RAV4 4WD Hybrid car from the Enterprise for our 2 weeks road trip. We got a brand new model car (2024 RAV4 GX) and it’s really amazing. The car is clean and functioning perfectly. Collect and drop-off processes are smooth and easy. We were happy with the customer service and the rent car provided by the Enterprise. We will definitely rent again from the Enterprise. Thank you, Team Enterprise.

    The Worst Car Rental Experience in Over 20 Years Living in New Zealand I’ve lived in New Zealand for over 20 years and frequently travel between cities in both Australia and New Zealand for work. I’ve rented cars at nearly every major airport, and this experience at Christchurch Airport was by far the worst I’ve encountered. I made this booking around two months ago directly through their website. I landed in Christchurch at 7:10 AM on April 21 and arrived at the rental desk at 7:20 AM. There was only one customer in front of me, so I expected a quick process. Instead, I waited 40 minutes, during which the counter next door served at least 7 different customers. The staff member who served me immediately told me I had arrived “after hours,” which was confusing since their advertised opening hours were 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM. When I pointed this out, she became noticeably impatient and asked, “When did you make your booking?”—a tone that was both rude and unnecessary. To make matters worse, she refused to let me pay using my New Zealand debit card to avoid a 2.5% credit card surcharge. She said if I didn’t want to pay with the credit card, I’d have to take a shuttle to their off-site office and reprocess everything there. Even though I was willing to use Paywave and accept the surcharge, she still refused, insisting I had no other option. Her exact words were: “If you’re not happy, you can cancel the booking.” Let me be clear: the whole point of choosing an airport pick-up is to save time and hassle. Airport rentals are already more expensive than shuttle-based ones, but we pay extra for the convenience. This company completely defeats that purpose with poor processes and shockingly bad customer service. In short: Unclear policies, aggressive attitude, and a total lack of customer focus. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

    Overall good experience. Had requested a SatNav which was chargeable per say. Not provided so had to use Android Auto with Waze. This required tracking down a compatible USB cable as my USB B to C were of no use.

    I booked with Sixt for the wrong date and just landed up to the desk needing a car. Cherry was so helpful, she sorted us out quickly, with really great and helpful service!

    We were very happy with our rental car. Upgraded for free as they had no small cars left. Drop off could not have been easier! As soon as we parked, a lady appeared, ready to check vehicle and make the process very user friendly! I can highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable too.
