Good service can be hard to find, great service is a blessing.
I went in with my car today, regarding the radio which had died and David agreed to check it for me "to see if it could be resuscitated", my words. Turning 80 yrs this year I know I don't always explain clearly. It was so lovely to have David and the receptionist actually listen to my concerns re this investigating process and the incurring cost of the procedure.
The service and the prompt follow up communication was appreciated even if it wasn't the one I wanted to hear. I have already referred another customer to them.

I had an interior electrical fire in my 1999 Subaru wrx and went into panic mode thinking the worst, from the first phone call to Leanne, she didn't hesitate in taking on the job, and reassuring me they would do their best. The communication throughout the weeks, keeping me up to date, hunting down parts and finally getting a phone call from Dave saying 'Your car is ready to pick up' was just service beyond my expectations. My car was handed back with new wiring, replaced panels and looking as good as it was before if not better. Thank you so much to Dave and all staff at Elite Auto Electrics, absolutely stoked.

Such a lovely and supportive team, both in the workshop and at the front desk. Very genuine vibe, these people were super invested in helping fix up my van’s issues with a quick turnaround. Highly recommend! Thank-you ☺️

Had door ajar fault on my 07 SS-V Commodore, being a VE they have so many sensors and I could see $$$ .
Contacted Elite Auto and the team took on the job, they were extremely thorough in finding and fixing the fault and I was able to pick my car up the following day.
Very reasonable cost as well,Can't recommend them enough, very professional and a special mention to both receptionists, very friendly.

I was recommended by my fabulous mechanic James Supreme Auto to take my much loved BMW to Elite for Autologic Diagnostic, from Kate at reception to Dave in the workshop who communicated & put me at ease as $$$$ was all I could see. Being treated as a human not a number, was the BEST Highly recommend.🫠
