Micky is a legend. Great customer service, helps us with everything we need and beyond. The 3 star review is due to the one staff or other (possibly owner) that was just dismissive and did not want to honour a pricing on the tag. I did order the product ahead of time, when I come in o to pick it up, it was a cheaper price on the tag. Also, as I got home, the floor lamp came with only the shade, not stand.
She was not only rude to me, but to Micky. The sole reason I spent quite a bit of money is due to his service and care. So maybe some of your team has something to learn from him.
Other than that, happy as with my purchases!

I went into Early Settler to buy two armchairs....I ended up meeting this woman who works there named V. She gave me the best interior design inspo and advice for my home and honestly I'm not sure how she did it but she totally helped me change the whole look and feel to my home through a few different pieces and overall plan
Ended up buying heaps more than I planned but actually couldn't be happier with my space now, it looks amazing!
Wonderful experience - for anyone near the Christchurch store needing a little help, go and see V - you won’t be disappointed. She really has an ability to nail each person’s style and space!!

"I rang the store to get some information about a particular piece of furniture that I had been wanting to purchase. Michelle was so very friendly, helpful and absolutely went the extra mile in customer service! I then went into the store and a staff member aproached me (she was lovely!) and pointed me in the direction of Michelle. Again, fantastic customer service!! Michelle recognsed my name so I felt like I wasnt just another customer but a friend! She gave me some options for my purchase re payment and delivery and these were greatly appreciated. I love the store, the displays, the products and the staff are just the nicest i have ever come across!!! Thankyou thankyou!!! Early Settlers will always be my first port of call from now on if i am wanting to purchase something with character and personality, or even for just a browse when im needing a wee pick me up!! This store never fails to impress and the staff are just gorgeous!!!"

I have to share our experience with anyone who wants to experience great service, with interior design advice & amazing choice of well priced interesting pieces. Not paying a huge amount and the designs are European inspired. We bought a house full on the day & couldn't be happier with everything we have purchased. Our house in Queenstown is looking amazing, all thanks to the team in the Christchurch store. We will be back!
