I always have a great experience when shopping in Dotti, regardless of the branches, but Shirley in particular had a very engaging young lady by the counter. Always going an extra mile to help and assist, all while manning the floor is a huge job for one person! She seems to be acing it very well. Thanks, Dotti, for creating an example of what retail service should be like.

I came in here with my sister yesterday to find some fuchsia pants and ended up buying the pants and a dress ahaha. The store manager and staff were super duper lovely and were really helpful with trying to find what we wanted. Staff made us feel really welcome, complimenting our outfits and hyping up the clothes we tried on, truly one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time from anywhere. I will definitely come back, thank you so much!!!

Having 4 daughters girls have liked their clothes but after experience today will think twice about purchasing in future. I went to swap a t shirt which I purchased as one of many products and accidently in wrong size. But was shocked to be charged another $10. I only paid $10 for other one. Decided to go elsewhere. Will donate it to others for Christmas.
