We cleaned houses for this company while they were changing hands and the communication, management and all round intergrity of the business/ franchise owner was appaling. The company is only interested in collecting its own income- not paying its subcontractors or delivering high quality services. I have been on the recieving end of abuse from their clientele regarding the mis-management of job flow and completions. I also know of three owners who were disgusted in the way they were treated and problems were dealt with during their build. They have had such a hard time keeping complaints at bay they have changed hands to "First Design & Build Ltd" I would Never reccomend this company to anyone- they are not an intergral business nor one that cares about the hard earned work or income for associated sub-contractors. Really disspaointed at the level of proffessionalism and truthfulness. The consistant lies and excuses around why they wouldnt stick to their word or deliver on promises is also appalling.

Very professional team at David Reid. Have been in their show home and looked through some of their houses and the service has been exceptional. Would recommend!
