Overall I've had great experiences when talking with Ed, Matt and Anton during the times that I've gone into the shop. I've been blown away with the customer service I've received on multiple occasions for getting a new helmet and a sick new bike for the bike park. It has that nice vibe of a bike shop owned and run by folks who are in it for the love of the sport.

Purchased an electric mountain bike last month for the trails in Hanmer Springs and I was really impressed with Cycleways from start to finish. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and got a good deal on a Specialized Turbo Levo. The team then spent over an hour setting up the bike for me in store, making sure I knew how everything worked. I've been out riding more in the past couple of weeks than in the last 10 years. Thanks guys.

The team at Cycleways are super awesome and happy to help with any budget. They helped me pick out my POC helmet which I have been saving for and was anxious about spending a bit more than I normally do on it but they helped me feel confident with my purchase and sweetened the price a bit! They have so much in stock and great sale on too. Thanks guys I will be back!

We had amazing service from Teo when buying a helmet for my 4 year old son. He was engaging with my son and made it such a great experience. Also very knowledgeable and helped get the helmet I preferred over the line with my son in a fun way. Thank you!

Cycleways has been great every time I have visited. Matt fixed my brake cable for me with no notice in the minutes before closing time! Saved me a lot of angst before an upcoming service. Excellent service thanks!
