First time ever taking my bike for service as I've started using it for commute and it's been in the lock up for awhile. Ford has been amazing, easy to deal with and made me completely at ease with his wealth of knowledge. The bike ride smoothly now and I feel confident riding it. Recommend this place 100%.

Took my bike in for a service after botching my own attempt at gear indexing. They did a solid job: bike came back feeling smoother and faster than ever - and with all the gears working. $90 full service price seemed reasonable given they included a fresh pair of brake pads. I appreciate being able to book online. Will certainly be recommending them to friends with bikes requiring some TLC!
