This company and its staff are a perfect example of how to do it all right. I went to pick up the car and the member of staff was already dealing with another customer, as soon as he finished he apologized for the delay.😂 The car I ordered was a Ford Everest and it was less than a year old and in mint condition. It was practically brand new. Loads of space inside and was very well equipped, the kids loved it. It was a joy to drive The staff at the counter asked where I was going and when I told him towards Nelson he gave me some ideas of what to do while there. Drop off was equally as smooth and very professional, I might need another car next weekend and if I do I know where I'll be booking it with. These guys are a joy to deal with and I would highly recommend them if you need a car in New Zealand 👏👏👏👏
We really liked our 2 rentals with Cross Country rental. 1 week on North Island and 2 weeks on South island. Easy pick up and drop off, better than large international companies we are used to take. We had nice and clean cars as planned. They picked us up and dropped us at/from airport, just call. We pick up a car outside opening hours and directives were comprehensives with lock box and pictures. Just advise them before. We had a windshield stone chip issue and costs were low and settlement done within a few days. We recommend 100% and would rent again for sure if we come back to NZ. Thank you from Canada.
Highly recommended local car rental company. I have always rent car from international chain, this is 1st time I rent a car from local company, my experience with them was fantastic, they pick us up from airport super fast after we gave them a call. Collection and return car super fast and smooth, price is good, customer service very friendly, they even gave free extra driver. We got a very new Ford Everest, clean and perfect condition, highly recommend this company. Enjoy driving the car for 2 weeks.
Outstanding service from the time we got off the plane in Christchurch. I received a phone call NOT a text a phone call to advise that our driver was on his way. The car was waiting for us and the pick up was very quick .One of the assistants gave us a quick run through about the car and set up our phones for the satnav. Drop off was really fast and we got a free ride to the airport. The deposit was refunded into my account within hours. I would definitely use the company again
