Next to KOSCO, there are lots of vegetables and fruits, which are arranged very neatly and clearly. There is no peculiar smell in the store, and it feels very comfortable to enter. The service staff are very friendly, and there is free parking. The boss is really dedicated to running the business.

Obviously, prices are not the cheapest but much better when compared to most supermarket prices. They offer wide varieties of fruits and vegetables, which is good. We found some empty shelves when we visited, assuming they might have more stock available another time. Btw, the cashier lady needs more smile as part of good customer service 🙂

It's always a pleasure to see fresh produce with friendly staff members. Most of the time, the prices are 20-30 percent cheaper than regular retail stores. We're regular customers here.

Terribly rude staff, especially the middle aged lady with the short brown hair. Rudely telling a customer off for placing a (very light) bag of produce on the top of some mandarins for less than 30 seconds. How else are people meant to pick produce, especially when the doorway and aisles are filled with others? I don’t want to trip others over with my bag on the floor, do I? Also, I really doubt your produce will be damaged by a bag with two apples in it. Left a very poor taste in my mouth. Won’t be back. I recommend growers direct down the road, way better service there.

When housesitting in the Riccarton area I regularly go to Crazy Daves Fruit and Veg. Located in Blenheim Square so convenient and there is plenty of parking. Mainly for fruit and veg specials, and usually find something.
