Located just outside the city centre, this property offers the convenience of onsite parking and a reasonably priced laundry service ($3 per wash). I was impressed by how the room was presented, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly spacious and well, with plenty space. There’s also a handy kitchenette equipped with everything you might need, including crockery, cutlery, utensils, a microwave, kettle, toaster, and mini fridge. Be aware that the property has both ground floor and first floor rooms, but no lift. If you’re travelling with heavy luggage, it’s worth requesting a ground floor room in advance. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there were a couple of downsides. On arrival, the grumpy staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Although we arrived just after 1pm and check-in isn’t until 2pm, we waited in reception for over 30 minutes. When the staff member finally appeared, there was no apology for the delay, only a reminder that check-in starts at 2pm. There were also a few minor cleanliness and maintenance issues. The cutlery tray and kettle could have been cleaner, and the dish drainer was rusted and in need of replacement.

Clean, tidy room in good condition at a reasonable price. Good location and the property was well cared for. Friendly professional service. Would recommend.

Easy to find. Good location. Nice clean rooms. Very helpful staff and funny when chatting with him. We didn't hear any road noise. Great price for 2 Queen bed room. Nice place would definitely recommend and return.

Booked and paid for a superior king suite with spa, was given cold dark room under some stairs, the night manager let himself into my locked room while I was in the bathroom, it wasn't until he had pulled back the curtains and was standing inside when he rudely said who he was and his reason was because he could smell weed outside, told me off for not answering the intimidating pounding at the door (I was indecent in the bathroom). He could clearly see he had the wrong room but still took him a couple of mins to leave. Inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, smelling something is not an emergency and major breach of safety and privacy. He should of phoned me first before just bardging in. Couldn't relax the rest of the night, was also really cold and drafty even tho heatpump was on max. Flooring in bathroom and kitchen like ice. Complaint laid, excuses made. No resolution.

Very central. Comfortable bed. Clean. Some small extra touches i.e make up remover pads, ear buds, disposable shower cap. All the basics you need when away from home. Will use again. Towel refresh notice would be advisable in a more prominent place.
