I couldn't have been happier with the beautiful bouquets I received. I ordered four arrangements and each one was absolutely stunning. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and creatively arranged, and it was obvious they had been lovingly put together by someone who genuinely cares about their craft. The bouquets arrived perfectly on time, looked gorgeous, and were excellent value for money. They had that premium look and feel without the premium price tag, which made them even more special. The floral arrangement I ordered for my sister was very beautiful & she was extremely pleased with it. It was easy to order & delivered on time (even with instructions on how to water it). I live in the UK, so it’s nice to be able to send such a treat thousands of miles away!
I placed an order for Mother’s Day after confirming same-day delivery was available. The staff member I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated, and the flowers themselves were lovely. Unfortunately, the flowers were not noticed until the following morning, so the Mother’s Day surprise did not go as planned. The shop insisted the flowers had been delivered yesterday afternoon and explained that it was a third-party delivery company. However there is no delivery photo was available when I asked, so I don’t know what happened. Although I’m disappointed with the delivery timing, I do want to acknowledge the good customer service from the staff.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five Stars Absolutely stunning work. I ordered flowers for my wife, who was undergoing surgery at St George’s, and Court Florist went above and beyond. Though I asked for something small and portable, what arrived was a generous, vibrant bouquet that left her beaming — and had all the nurses raving. You could feel the care in every bloom. As someone totally in love with his wife after 43 years, I always hope flowers will say what I can’t — and these did, beautifully. Thank you, Court Florist. You made a hard day brighter than I could have hoped. She absolutely adores the Bentley Plush Bear - so soft and such high quality. Thank you!!
All I can say is WOW. The service I received was amazing. Do friendly, accommodating and went over and above to do my order over the phone from Dunedin. The final product was just amazing. My daughter LOVED the gift. Will def use again and again. Thanks to the amazing team xx
