Staff member Susie was amazing. Her customer service skills were outstanding. The store was immaculate and so was the food and prices. Very impressed. Like the old saying goes, "it's hard to get good help these days".

Honestly, 5 stars is not enough for Couplands Bakery Barrington! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the irresistible smell of fresh bread and baked goods. Every item I’ve tried — from their classic breads to the delicious pastries and cakes — is always perfectly baked, fresh, and full of flavour. You can really taste the care and quality in everything they make. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always make you feel like a valued customer. The service is quick, efficient, and done with a smile, which makes the whole experience even better. This bakery isn’t just good — it’s exceptional. If there were a 10-star option, I’d give it without hesitation. Truly a must-visit in Barrington for anyone who loves amazing baked goods!
