Really good supermarket, well priced & great selection of products. Staff are very friendly & helpful.
The only thing that could make it better would be a more accessible carport as the supermarket is located in the mall.
I still highly recommend this Woolworths Supermarket.

I want to give a shout out to the incredible woman at the self checkouts a few days ago. I'm embarrassed I didn't get her name-my best description is an older Asian lady. This person was so kind, she asked if I wanted a box, and helped with a couple other things. She said she like helping people (and you could tell it was genuine). I think the thing that stood out was the was so warm, kind and helpful and interacting with her actually improved my mood. What a gem she is, I hope you pass this on to her (I'm sorry I forgot to get her name). Thank you

I’d like to thank Jordan and Pip for the best service and great customer support in this store
They are empathetic and friendly.
Many times I have been in here and found that if there was an issue or product I needed they were willing and cheerfully helped me locate the items or solved a problem.
They are absolutely wonderful and for that reason I continue to shop at this supermarket.

If you are looking to get any sort of customer service don't bother shopping here. There was a tall white woman with short black hair, and black penciled in eyebrows at the customer help desk on the phone when I walked up to it. She glanced over at me and when I smiled (happy to wait until she was done with her call) she just rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. Someone else came to help me and we came to the conclusion that there wasn't anything they could do to help so I was just going to leave when that same other lady ended her call just to walk over all huffed (like I was wasting her time) to ask what the problem was. She just said there was nothing she could do (which i already knew from the other nice lady), and proceeded to huff impatiently. Im assuming she was management or something cause the other lady let her interject, which makes me think even more that her behavior was completely unprofessional. I understand everyone can have bad days but when you are in a customer service role you need to leave the attitude at the door.
