Another classic case of Countdown fresh fruit and veg, a small dark spot on the potato I thought I’ll just cut it out. Little did I know it ran through the entire thing. You’re quality of veg especially is beyond poor
The lady I think her name is Veronica at the self check out is absolutely wonderful! Every time I go and she is working she is so helpful and so sweet! She makes the experience so lovely I always walk away smiling keep it up Woolworths
Deli is ALWAYS shortstaffed so its not even open half the time - Isn't staff faults its management get it bloody sorted out! Your staff are amazing super lovely easily approachable - get a grip and do your management jobs with your scheduling and if you need more staff get them! In last 8 weeks, last week was my one time seeing someone there and it not being closed. Is currently closed. 7 of 8 times a week being closed is just lazy managers. Do better. Asked a lovely staff member and they were more than happy to come back and help which was super appreciated - but this seems to be a super common occurance. I get it doesn't hurt your bottom line are chances are people get the overpriced prepackaged stuff vs your deli so you make more- but it does affect the user experience and it hasn't gone unnoticed.
Shocking customer service. I asked the lady at customer service where the gluten free Woolworths biscuit range was now as they were not where they usually are. She said very rudely well if they are not in aisle 1 or 2 we don't stock them anymore! They were not where she said they were. She was an elderly lady with whispy pink dyed hair. I won't be shopping there again.
Really good supermarket, well priced & great selection of products. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The only thing that could make it better would be a more accessible carport as the supermarket is located in the mall. I still highly recommend this Woolworths Supermarket.
