Saturday 18 July 2026. 3 checkout operators on, queues of approximately 6 to 7 with full trolleys waiting at each checkout blocking isles. Customers packing their own bags to help staff. Self service had the same amount waiting. Staff were professional and working hard but nowhere near enough operators and checkouts open. This is a common problem there, but this is the worst I've encountered. Never happens at New World, Fresh Choice or Pak N Save. Owners need to stop being so stingy and uncaring of their staff and customers. Employ more!!!!

This place has blocked sewer drains leaking raw sewerage onto public footpaths on a main street weekly. There is an Indian lady here who can't understand nearly anything I say. I speak clearly but she moves like she hates her job, walks away during transactions and doesn't seem like she wants to actually do anything. When are more of us going to see these guys are overcharging for every single item. Bags are going up when the base price hasn't gone up. Plastic bags are exactly the same as 4-5 years ago. The sooner the govt sets laws requiring transparency over every single items pricing the better. Watch as they post another multi billion $ year profits during a cost of living crisis. Disgusting company and even worse lack of morals. I can't stand shopping here personally but what are our options. This is our govt allowing very few to become millionaires while we suffer through hunger and poor economics.

I go to self service checkouts so there is no double handling of my food. There is no max at self service and if this is what you want put a sign up! To the young lady today to tell me next time go to an operated checkout don’t be so rude! There were no lines! Should’ve just gone to Pak n Save even tho I’m a rewards and weekly shopper. Needless to say my money isn’t well received here.

Overpriced and underwhelming. The meat section is often bare. Fruit and vege are average quality at best. Shelves are understocked more often than not, especially the staples like bread, and we've noticed they get new products far later than any other stores. Overall a very dissapointing experience, would recommend shopping elsewhere.

It was around lunch time. Never seen mutiple long waiting lines as if it were Christmas. Not fair for those who didn't use car parking under the mall. The sign of parking enforcement are located at the spots where users do not see easily. As a regular user, I would like to warn the fellow users not to use the 60 minutes only parking, specially not at day time while the parking "enforcement" attendants work.
