Another disappointment at this store. Had a WW brand 2L milk which had gone off 6 days before best before date on the bottle. I was of the understanding replacement AND refund was the policy but apparently that has changed....of course it has. Only a refund if you return it within 48 hours. That was not possible as I had purchased 2 x 2L bottles at the time. I used to be able to get two different expiry dates but now they are so slack at restocking milk it seems very rare to be able to do that. Surely they should stand by there own brand. Once upon a time there would be no question for items under $20. So annoying need new staff in that store too many women and always has had poor leadership and decision making skills. 🙄

It was around lunch time. Never seen mutiple long waiting lines as if it were Christmas.
Not fair for those who didn't use car parking under the mall. The sign of parking enforcement are located at the spots where users do not see easily.
As a regular user, I would like to warn the fellow users not to use the 60 minutes only parking, specially not at day time while the parking "enforcement" attendants work.

Bought a chickpea and spinach roll as was peckish. Got to my car 2 minutes later to find was still frozen in the middle. Lady at customer services refunded me and told me that's how they come. Good to know, just would have been better to eat thawed food, not still part frozen!

Lady at customer service is rude, arrogant, Customer service is supposed to help people, but she acts like everyone’s an inconvenience she is full of attitude for someone who doesn’t have a hard job…. Cheer up 😁
