Absolutely appalling supermarket. I have never come across such continually poor customer service in every sense. The majority of staff there are extremely rude - they make you feel like it’s a hassle that you are there. Click and Collect here is a joke - I have ordered many times and every time it’s click and wait an extra 10 minutes + when you arrive because your order is never ready. The store is dirty. Products are under stocked, particularly meat and vegetables. Extremely disappointing that these things are not taken seriously as I can see many negative reviews here. The only way this will get better is a complete overhaul of the miserable staff. Train some enthusiastic new ones to stock the shelves, clean the store, pack online orders to be ready on time and most importantly be friendly to the people spending their money at your store!

Purchased mandarin form store and af only 3 days they are bad probably were no good yesterday only packed on 28-5-26 And purchased on the 315-25 and now 3-5 25 are bad. Sick and tired of crap fruit for Woolworth this is unacceptable when pay premium price

We’ve ordered multiple times online for pick up and they’ve never gotten our order right, always missing something. When we go into the store there always a shortage of produce and meat. We also had to wait 20 mins in line at the check out because the checkout lady with short hair kept talking and talking to the customer in front of us we ended up being guided to another checkout because of how long she was taking

Absolutely appalled at the state of this supermarket today. Got there at 9:00am and met by an almost empty produce department . Around the rest of the store it looked like it was 1/2 an hour before closing rather than early morning. There were only 2 checkouts open with queues already 3 - 4 deep. No urgency showed by any senior staff. Our order was interrupted by a checkout operator change??? Never seen that before. Generally very disappointing experience for Christmas eve.

No fruit and vege left, just moldy looking and shrivelled up and at top dollar I might add.
Meat section had hardly anything left.
It was 4.30pm, with 1 till one forcing us to go through self checkout. So not only are they selling nearly expired goods but no one to take our money. This is the poorest I’ve seen.
I left my trolley in the front of shop and walked out. Sorry Woolies you have lost a customer
