Rude checkout manager/supervisor- old lady with pig tails. I took in a frozens product that was poor quality. I had arranged via email with corporate office for a replacement, that all went fine. But manager on duty mid morning 20th October had such a nasty attitude. Super passive aggressive, very snappy when asking about the situation. Was rude to the poor younger trainee that served me first on the checkouts, right in front of the customer. Unprofessional! I made a point of thanking the younger worker for the nice service- in front of the rude manager. As I walked away the rude manager said "YOU'RE WELCOME" in a aggressive tone, offended I hadn't thanked her as well. Quite a common occurrence at this particular Woolworths, hearing older senior staff talking down to younger staff in front of customers. You get a better results from your staff by treating them with dignity, and returning customers when your polite. Disappointing!

Purchased mandarin form store and af only 3 days they are bad probably were no good yesterday only packed on 28-5-26 And purchased on the 315-25 and now 3-5 25 are bad. Sick and tired of crap fruit for Woolworth this is unacceptable when pay premium price

Considering I served my butchery apprenticeship at this location about 20 years ago, times have changed regarding customer focus. I hope my experience isn’t a frequent. A lady in her 50s, maybe 60s, hard to tell but she was so utterly rude to me. I thought she was opening her register to do her job and serve paying customers. I was wrong. She singled out one bloke apparently. Not me. She was quick to inform me of my ignorance with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. How this person has a job is beyond me. What ever is happening in her personal life shouldn’t impact how she deals with people that help pay her wage. Though the shop looks great after its remodel I won’t be returning. Customer experience 1 star. Shop layout and presentation 4 stars. For my overall experience 2 stars.

It is one of my go to supermarkets. It has everything I need both for a full shop, or just picking up a few items. There is plenty of parking, both above ground in front of the store, and an underground carpark.

I don't except boomer style urgency, but this place appears to be a sort of play date for most of the workers here. The milkrun stuff is nearly always late, and there are nearly always people standing around chatting to each instead of helping their fellow workers. I suppose "it's not my job" is more important than "I should be of assistance" here.
2 stars because they still aren't the worst in town, and so they get a star for *not* being that.
