I used to enjoy visiting Cosmic for incense, crystals, and lifestyle products but honestly, it feels like the store has lost touch with what made it welcoming. At this point, Cosmic might as well rebrand entirely as a vape and bong shop, because that’s clearly the focus now.
I completely understand that government regulations require ID checks for vape sales — that’s fair. But refusing entry to anyone who doesn’t immediately present ID, even those who just want to buy incense or accessories, makes absolutely no sense. Most retail stores manage to follow the law without treating every customer like a potential rule-breaker.
The staff member I dealt with was particularly arrogant and condescending, showing zero customer service skills and an unnecessary attitude that several others seem to have mentioned in their reviews as well. It’s disappointing to see that this behaviour appears to be an ongoing issue.
If Cosmic wants to uphold a certain standard, maybe they should start with training their team on how to treat people respectfully — not just enforce rules robotically. I was only there to grab some incense, and instead left feeling unwelcome and talked down to. Definitely won’t be returning.

literally cosmic needs to just change to a vape and bong shop if they don’t wanna let ANY people in without ID. not everyone entering your shop is looking to buy a bong, why not ask for ID when purchasing if necessary, not as soon as you enter. the staff today had an extremely arrogant and condescending staff member on a power trip. after looking at other reviews and talking to other people that used to shop at cosmic it sounds like she’s a real issue for your store.

Great selection of vapes and juices, and cheerful and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to take five minutes to explain how to get my new vape set up. Cheers guys, really pleased.

Love the variety, shop is clean and organized. I was indecisive and I know it can be frustrating waiting on a customer to make up their mind but the woman who served me was rude. And I was embarrassed as there were other people on the shop, so I grabbed whatever vape and am just unhappy with the experience. Anywho, you won't be disappointed with the variety
