Purposefully flew to Christchurch to pick up my Commie and guys were super helpful with geometry and sizing. I got to ride both sizes I was interested in around the carpark multiple times. I also like it how they give you the bike in a box so you can have your own input in building up your bike, but also was convenient for me to put back on a plane. Overall customer service was great and bro let me take extra stickers :)

The team at Commencal CHCH are fantastic to deal with! Super knowledgable and really helpful with making the right choices before I purchased my bike. The best thing is they have continually helped since I purchased my bike with tips and follow up customer service more than a year later! Great product and great staff! Highly recommend.
