I used to rate this place five stars. Sadly it’s not so good anymore.
The staff do not speak, they grunt and avoid eye contact. Not even hello!
The food was ok. Under cooked and flavourless.
And the shop not clean like it used to be. Sticky tables, dirty floors and walls. Sad

Changed hands over the last few years and has most definitely gone down hill. Very slow service and the scone I ordered was not nice. I ordered a kids fluffy and the milk was piping hot and would have burnt my child if I hadn’t noticed, surely it’s common sense not to serve a child hot milk!? Will not return

Had a weird experience during my last visit. 3pm on a Sunday. No staff behind the counter. Staff were sitting at a table chatting. I don't think they even noticed us at the counter. Waited 30 seconds, then headed to Coffee Culture, where we were served immediately.

They use meadow fresh and it tastes bad and rotten once heated. Won't buy in a hurry unless they change their milk

I used to love this particular Columbus store because of the friendly staff and good variety of cabinet food. But had a very bad experience with one of their staff today.
Ordered a $6.50 sausage roll and got the tiniest piece ever. I took it to the counter wondering if it had been cut half by accident, the staff said it was a normal size (which looked way smaller than those displayed in the cabinet). I said to her “this is not something people would want to pay $6.50 for”. She replied “what do you want me to do?” in a very unfriendly way, then immediately turned to another staff complaining about what just happened, right in front of me!
Disappointing way of treating your customer.
