Coffee Culture at The Palms is one of my favourite spots for great coffee. The coffee is consistently excellent, rich, smooth, and always made perfectly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great place to sit down and relax.
One of my absolute favourites is the chocolate-covered coffee beans, they’re dangerously good! The combination of rich chocolate with the crunch of real coffee beans is the perfect little treat alongside a cup of coffee.
Great coffee, lovely environment, and delicious little extras, I always look forward to stopping by.

I was served by a great young lady, very kind and lovely and a nice man too. Great iced chocolate! will come back next time 😁

I do use this cafe regularly - remind me to find another place - staff dont care if you are here or not
Handed over coffee card - told only applies to hot drinks - I ordered a cold drink( hot day) and bought a box of choc coffee beans. Was told if i used on a public holiday I wouldn't get surcharge - whoop de do!! then told the pubic holiday surcharge was due to the bank fees!! OMG who trains these staff and what a whopper? being an ex banker Plus currently working in hospo ...never heard such dribble.
Handed back card - whats the use of having!
so now back to finding another handy venue for meeting up.....
saddest part to this is owner and staff just dont care................

I didnt realise the time and arrived right on closing time, I intended to carry on when I had checked my phone however the lovely guy insisted on accomodating me! I got my favourite coffee a fantastic yarn and the best service! Best beans you’ll try.
