Hi We were extremely happy with Ethan’s work. We had a leak in our gas pipes & he gave us an honest recommendation on going forward with the problem. Two gas elements on our cooker were not going, probably for over 6 years and he persevered and found the solution. Previously I had the gas bottles serviced by the company that installed them, the guy that came did know how to fix the element. So I just left it and then the next one went. I found them very unreliable when I phoned. It was on a recommendation that I phoned Clyne & Bennie. So pleased I did. Ethan was such a wonderful young man, very respectful. Sorry started this 2 days & never completed it. My brand new hot water cylinder lost all heat between xmas and new year. Trying to get someone to come out when most are away on xmas holidays is difficult. Clynne & Bennie responded and a very efficient electrician came out and solved the problem in less than half an hour. I was very happy that the water was hot again within 8 hours and very relieved that we could have hot showers again. Many thanks to Clyne & Bennie for such a prompt and efficient service.
Awesome service! I had a tricky situation with a water leak onto my neighbour's property, in old galvanised pipes. Instead of fixing the leak, that was likely to happen again, Rob swung into action: he recommended asked the City Council to move the isolation valve 5 metres up the road so my water supply no longer came through the neighbouring property. Together we prepared an email with photos, and it worked a treat - the council were here first thing the next working day. Rob was back once City Care had done their thing, and braved the narrow space under my house to put the new pipes in. All done with care, accommodating the path I'm planning to put in. Highly recommend!
