The room was really good for the price we paid, and the location was super convenient. The only downside was the car park. It filled up pretty quickly, so finding a spot was a bit tricky.
Shoutout to the lovely receptionist as well. She was really kind and attentive, which made the stay even better.

Our experience was not good.
You have to go at the reception to get a cooking plate, and it is written nowhere, and the pan was very bad, it was very difficult to cook.
We washed our clothes, and the machine was so dirty that they came out even more dirty than they were!
Then we had to wash them with the hand, and after drying it on the drying line, there was a black stripe because the line was also dirty! The sofa bed is not so comfy, bad value for price.
We don't understand what's "deluxe" in the deluxe studio.
Location was ok, nice there's a bus stop at the gate of the motel.
The staff was friendly, but not so helpful.
There are probably better options in Christchurch.

Stayed in the studio for a week and enjoyed its comfort. The receptions were friendly and helpful, while the room was super clean and functioned well.

The receptionist i spoke with was super friendly and helpful, even gave us a room upgrade which was super nice. The room was very clean and tidy and what we needed. Such a great location in town also as it's very close by to bars/restaurants and the city centre. Would stay here again for sure!

Took payment for three nights up front, woken up at 5:30am by construction noise from the building site next door. Refuse to refund me the two nights accommodation that I paid for. You have been warned.
