Nothing but praise for the team here. Everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic! We purchased a cargo bike recently. Before we purchased, we had the opportunity to take a couple of their bikes out for a ride with the kids, which really helped us figure out what we wanted. The team at CEB have been great at answering all of our questions, and even gave me a quick lesson on some simple bike maintenance. We’ve had a couple of minor niggles with the bike (nothing to do with CEB), and the workshop team have been so accomodating - literally sorting them out on the spot or the same day. We all love the cargo bike in this family - it’s been a fantastic purchase, and has quickly become the second car. Thanks guys 😊

I recently bought my first electric bike. The experience was made very easy by the helpful staff. I felt my specific needs were listend to and any questions I had were answered in a way I could understand.The support I’ve received has been generous and friendly. I’ve had some additional adjustments made to suit my needs and again the support was great. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone!

We had a fantastic experience with Chch Electric Bikes. We were looking at cargo bikes we could take our kids on, and ended up going back multiple times to test out the different options with all three kids in tow. Daryl and the team were incredibly knowledgeable on all the available options and endlessly patient throughout, taking the time to talk us through everything. If you are considering an e-bike, especially a cargo bike for the family, I would 100% recommend

Darryl and the team at Christchurch Electric Bikes are really impressive. I've been using them for several years now to repair bicycles as well as source bits and bobs for my bike. The service is always excellent and the pricing is fair. I'm looking forward to purchasing an electric bike from them soon. Highly recommended, with great communications by text message when your bike is ready to pick up and an all-round great service.

Daryl and the Team at Christchurch Electric Bicycles were awesome and helped me choose the right bike for me and my kiddo. They patiently answered my many email questions. We went for a Benno 46er - a mini cargo bike - which they set up for us. It is amazing and I love it. I’ve ridden it nearly everyday for work commutes since we got it a few weeks ago (17k round trip ) and also those fun weekend trips to town as well. It is easily a car replacement for all town trips and it is so much fun! The hill sections are now a breeze, even with 30kg of kid on the back. Plus - thank god - The kid enjoys going on the back way more than either of us thought they would. Wins all around. Thanks Christchurch Electric Bicycles.
