My wife and I had a good experience when buying a couple of e bikes from CEB about 5 years ago, so went back earlier this week when looking to buy an e mtb. Things have only got better! I learnt so much from Jordan, who was patient, unbiased and a mine of information. There was even an option to take a bike out for a trial in the forest. I can wholeheartedly recommend CEB to anyone that is remotely interested in buying an e bike.

Nothing but praise for the team here. Everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic! We purchased a cargo bike recently. Before we purchased, we had the opportunity to take a couple of their bikes out for a ride with the kids, which really helped us figure out what we wanted. The team at CEB have been great at answering all of our questions, and even gave me a quick lesson on some simple bike maintenance. We’ve had a couple of minor niggles with the bike (nothing to do with CEB), and the workshop team have been so accomodating - literally sorting them out on the spot or the same day. We all love the cargo bike in this family - it’s been a fantastic purchase, and has quickly become the second car. Thanks guys 😊

These guys are awesome. If you are looking to invest in a new bike or anything bike related really, this place is the place to go. Service is awesome, nothings a hassle and sets them apart from other bike shops we have dealt with. Super happy with our cargo bike and every interaction we have had with these guys along the way. I recently bought my first electric bike. The experience was made very easy by the helpful staff. I felt my specific needs were listend to and any questions I had were answered in a way I could understand.The support I’ve received has been generous and friendly. I’ve had some additional adjustments made to suit my needs and again the support was great. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone!

We had a fantastic experience with Chch Electric Bikes. We were looking at cargo bikes we could take our kids on, and ended up going back multiple times to test out the different options with all three kids in tow. Daryl and the team were incredibly knowledgeable on all the available options and endlessly patient throughout, taking the time to talk us through everything. If you are considering an e-bike, especially a cargo bike for the family, I would 100% recommend
