Super friendly at every stage during a recent bike service: friendly when I had to postpone a service, friendly when I dropped the bike off, friendly when I picked it up. No hassles and the bike is nicer to ride than ever! After trying a handful of service places over the years I think Chain Reaction will be my regular.

Currently the best service I have ever had at a bike shop. Stuff is friendly, willing to help!!! Big shout out to Amber, really appreciate her energy and support for finding parts and getting quotes.
Would definitely recommend this shop to all the cyclists!!!

If you want a professional bike-fit, go see the team at chain reaction! The team do the full process with analyzing body movements and mobility, critical measurements, to the end result of fine tuning components to get the full bike-fit. Highly recommend to all levels of cycling experience.

I had come into the store to look at purchasing a new bike . I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how to set up the shocks and to fit the bike to me . Looking forward to taking it out for a spin .

These guys are on to it. Wanted some parts for a bike project restore. Contacted Bikes shops locally waste of time, unavailable, not interested, too hard. Contacted the guys at Chain Reaction no problem, can do parts are on the way., they understand the words, good customer service which is a magnet for customer loyalty. Highly recommended. A+++.
