I'd made a mess of the reassembly of my newly bought oldie Specialized Epic, and thought I'd go to the source for advice. Glad I did. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, took the time to explain what I needed to do, and provided me with the parts to head home and do it myself. In these days of upselling and professionalism, it was so nice to get real service like this. I'll be back for my replacement e-bike. This is a team I can deal with. Well done.
Bought a Specialized road bike from Chain Reaction Cycles and the whole process was flawless. Amber looked after my initial enquiry and was genuinely helpful, then handed me over to Matt without anything getting lost along the way. Matt walked me through the options, checked my existing wheelset would actually clear the frame before I committed, handled the supplier order, and kept me posted throughout. The mechanic's build was spot on too. Great shop if you want technical knowledge rather than just a sale.
Super friendly at every stage during a recent bike service: friendly when I had to postpone a service, friendly when I dropped the bike off, friendly when I picked it up. No hassles and the bike is nicer to ride than ever! After trying a handful of service places over the years I think Chain Reaction will be my regular.
Top notch service and some pretty nice bikes too! Ollie, Steve and the crew work on numerous bikes for me, they always do a great job and offer sage advice on maintenance, mods and upgrades. Chain Reaction offer surprisingly competitive prices meaning I can support my local independent bike shop without being out of pocket which is quite unusual. Only issue is the temptation having to walk past all the nice new bikes to get to the workshop!!
I had come into the store to look at purchasing a new bike . I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how to set up the shocks and to fit the bike to me . Looking forward to taking it out for a spin .
