We had a great 1 night stay here.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Near the city center and easy access to the airport.

The people that own this motel are really lovely. The rooms are immaculate and huge! Great location and easy to walk to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Horrible manager, additional charges that you only find out about when you get there. $10 for a parking spot - at a motel? Its a motel! Location was good but the service and the owner treated us very badly, no willingness to accommodate or admit to mistakes. Thank you Leon for a terrible time in Christchurch.

One of the only hotels that was offering one bedroom with two twin beds, so perfect for two friends travelling together. Small room with nice clean bathroom and kitchenette. Away from the street side but still quite a lot of noise when people were coming and going from adjacent rooms so beware if you have kids and they need space to be...kids! Easy little ten minute walk to Oxford terrace or down to the Botanic Gardens and Hagley Park. Lots of nearby eateries.

Appalling customer service.
I was booked to stay at this place and had major health issues and ended up in hospital. The manager of the property was informed of the situation 2 days prior to the intended stay however simply would not listen to the explanation I was trying to give him. I was charged the full rate even though I didn’t stay there. The guy was so rude he hung up on me, plus when my son tried to reason with him, he hung up on him as well. Not recommended and I certainly won’t be going anywhere near the place - EVER !!
