I followed up on a delivery which turned out hadn’t been delivered due to an issue with a courier driver’s van (he hadn’t notified the store). The lovely staff member I spoke to over the phone at The Crossing was super responsive and went the extra mile without having to be asked for anything extra! I missed catching her name, but as a national retail manager I would be very stoked to have someone like her in my business and will absolutely look here first for any future flower purchases because of her 😊

I was absolutely blown away by the bouquet I received from Cashmere Gallery Florist for Valentine’s Day. The flowers were fresh and perfectly arranged. It was delivered straight to my workplace and was such a beautiful surprise. I couldn’t be happier with it. Definitely recommend!

I live north of Auckland and ordered the Party Blooms from Tholsie Florist, Cashmere, Chch, for my sisters birthday today, and just received a photo of them from a very happy sister. Thank you they are stunning. Definitely will use again.😀
